Frequently Asked Questions

1. Artwork - how we make it simple.
Your promotional product buying experience is very important to us. We're a full service promotional products company and we value your time. For that reason, we do not ask that you upload your artwork and place it on the screen as part of the order process; the promotional products buying experience should never be a do-everything-yourself experience. All you need to do is send us your artwork and we'll handle the professional details, it�s what we do best.

Sending your artwork.
Upon completion of your order, you will be prompted to email us your artwork. We offer free typesetting on every order and can work with virtually any font. If you have a logo, we ask that you attached it to your email and send it to robin@2mbp.com where it will be received and checked for compatibility. Please send logos in Adobe Illustrator outlined or EPS format with text converted to curves (.eps & .ai).

If you don't have artwork.
All too often, our clients come to us with a faxed sketch or business card. We will accept whatever artwork you can provide. Sketches and Business Card/Letterhead artwork will have to be created at a charge of $40.00. Artwork may also be rushed at a charge of $55.00. (Prices may vary)


2. Member of our skilled graphic team will provide an electronic proof that can be faxed or emailed. Proofs will provide you with the opportunity to view the size, dimensions and color layers of your promotional product prior to imprinting. We are also more than happy to assist you through this process with our guidance and advice pertaining to imprint areas, locations and size.

3. What is your minimum order policy?
Below the minimum orders will require an order processing fee of $50.00.

4. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We accept PO from City, State and established customers.

5. Can I receive a sample?
Samples can be obtained by contacting us toll free at (866) 484-7190. Samples under $5.00 will be provided at no charge and billed for UPS Ground Shipping. Samples Over $5.00 will be billed to customer and billed for UPS Ground Shipping. If you wish to expedite shipping of a sample, we will be happy to ship expedited samples via third party shipping on your UPS or FedEx account or bill to your credit card.

6. Shipping Information
We try to provide for the most cost effective method to deliver your products on time. This is usually via UPS Ground. However, cases of particularly large or heavy products, or very large orders, it is often times more economical to ship via freight. We will consult with you regarding the best possible shipping method for your order to ensure that your order arrives to the correct destination on-time.

All goods are shipped FOB from their production facility. Quality Promos4U will not be held responsible to any shipping delays or lost orders on the part of the shipping carrier. Additionally, Quality Promos4U will not be held responsible for delays related to Customs on international orders.

Your shipping tracking number will be emailed to you and updated in your account as soon as it is available to us.

Quality Promos4U is happy to offer shipping via UPS and FedEx; we also can accommodate split shipments to multiple locations. Please speak with a promotions specialist regarding your needs.

7. Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Yes! Large quantity discounts may be available on products with quantities of End Quantity Pricing (EQP) or higher. Additionally Quality Promos4U works with a network of suppliers overseas and can custom manufacture large quantity promotional items directly overseas. This service requires 6-12 weeks, but offers unparalleled savings and value to you, our customer.

8. Are the colors I view on my screen accurate?
The accuracy of the colors on your screen are largely dependent on your monitor. Images on the 2MBP site are represented as accurately as possible. What you see on your screen and printed media will never be exact because color on a monitor is generated as light. The best way to ensure consistent exact color is to provide us with PMS color specifications.

9. Rush Service
One of the most gratifying experiences for us is to pull off the impossible. We are happy to offer rush services for a wide variety of promotional items; please call 866-484-7190 to speak with a promotions specialist about your rush needs. If you need it, we can do it! Do expect the possibility of some additional rush charges; such orders require our production facilities to work overtime.

10. Order Process
Upon placing your order through the website, you immediately receive an electronic confirmation that your order was received to your email address. Within 24 hours, you will receive an acknowledgement and an artwork proof that will include all of your order details as well as shipping estimates as well as verification and confirmation of your credit card, billing and shipping information. Upon your approval of our acknowledgement and artwork, your order will be put into production. Your credit card will only be charged after your approval of all charges including setups and shipping.

11. Payment Information
We accept AMEX, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Credit card orders will not ship until your card has been processed and the funds clear. Should your order have over runs or under runs, the difference will be applied to your credit card at the time of shipping. All credit card information including account numbers, expiration dates, and authorized signatures will be kept strictly confidential.

12. Use of Trademarks
The customer expresses and warrants that the customer has unrestricted use of, rights to and authority to use, reproduce trademarked logos. 2M Business Products accepts no responsibility or liability for unwarranted and unlawful use of a trademark by the customer. Customers must have written permission to use copyrighted or trademarked material.

13. What does Process Color mean?
Process Color, sometimes called Full Color Process or 4-Color Process is the process of reproducing a full color image with the three primary subtractive color inks CMYK/ Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Unlike Spot Color, CMYK inks mix to create your image. This process is similar to some inkjet computer printers.

14. What is a Spot Color?
Spot color is the printing process where solid colors are applied through screens or plates, etc. directly to the product. Where as Process Color would use CMYK to make the color red for example, Spot Color uses that specific color and can be matched to a PMS color.

15. When will my order ship?
Your order goes through several different steps in production to maintain quality standards. Specific items have their production times listed in Working Days. Production time starts after art is approved. Production time does not include non-working days and does not include time for shipping. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the items are branded with your logo and checked for quality assurance.
